“Bel Air” Season 3 streaming guide: When to watch the drama each week

A stay in Bel-Air has viewers going along for LA summer exploits — with sights, sounds, vibes and relationship questions. It’s not all fun and games.

A reimagining of the hit 90s show, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is a drama centered on the fictional journey of young Will Smith (Jabari Banks) and the Banks family that touches on culture, community, love and ambition. School is out in season 3, and while there will be pool parties, romance, and new things about Will’s first summer in Bel-Air, the show will also dive into the gentrification happening in South LA.

Aunt Viv (Cassandra Freeman) and Uncle Phil (Adrian Holmes) face some marital problems and Coco Jones’ Hilary Banks experiences some turbulence in her love life as well. Carlton (Olly Sholotan) and Ashley (Akira Akbar) will go through their own growing pains — and self-discovery. This installment also welcomes Joseph Marcell, who played Geoffrey in the original sitcom. He plays a mysterious character who is connected to the past of this Geoffrey (played by Jimmy Akingbola).

How to watch Bel-Air from anywhere with a VPN

Maybe you’re traveling abroad and want to stream the show while you’re away from home. With a VPN, you can virtually change your location on your phone, tablet or laptop to access shows from anywhere in the world. There are other good reasons to use a VPN for streaming.

A VPN is the best way to encrypt your traffic to stop your internet service provider from throttling your speed. Using a VPN is also a great idea if you’re traveling and want to add an extra layer of privacy to your devices and logins when connecting to Wi-Fi networks. Streaming TV can be a little smoother with a reliable, quality VPN that has passed our tests and meets our security standards.

You can use a VPN to stream content legally as long as VPNs are allowed in your country and you have a valid subscription to the streaming service you’re using. The US and Canada are among the countries where VPNs are legal, but we advise against streaming or downloading content on illegal torrent sites. We recommend ExpressVPN, but you can choose another provider from our best list, such as Surfshark or NordVPN.

If you’re looking for a secure and reliable VPN, check out our Editors’ Choice: ExpressVPN. It’s fast, works on multiple devices and offers stable streams. It’s normally $13 a month, but it currently costs less overall to go for a 12-month subscription, where each month comes to $8.32.

ExpressVPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Read our ExpressVPN review.

Follow the VPN provider’s instructions for installation and choose a location where the series is broadcast on a service like Peacock. Before opening the streaming app, make sure you’re connected to your VPN using your chosen region. If you want to watch the show on more than one device, you may need to set up each one to make sure you’re signed in. Go to settings and check network connections to verify that you are signed in and connected to your VPN account. Now you are ready to open the application for streaming.

If you encounter streaming problems, first make sure your VPN is running on its encrypted IP address. Double check that you have followed the installation instructions correctly and selected the correct geographic area to view. If you still experience connection problems, you may need to restart your device. Close all apps and windows, restart your device and connect to your VPN first. Note that some streaming services will restrict VPN access.
